Tempello Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Tempello Referral Program ("Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program offered by Tempello ("Company," "we," or "us"). By participating, you ("Participant") agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Referrer: An existing paying customer of Tempello who refers potential new customers.

• Referee: A potential new customer who receives a Referral Link from a Referrer.

• Referral Link: A unique URL provided by Tempello to the Referrer for sharing with Referees.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Referrer Eligibility

• Must be an active, paying customer of Tempello in good standing.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

3.2 Referee Eligibility

• Must be a new customer who has not previously engaged with Tempello.

• Must schedule and complete a demo using the Referral Link provided by the Referrer.

• Must sign up for Tempello services with a valid credit card after completing the demo to unlock rewards.

4. Referral Process

4.1 Sharing the Referral Link

• Referrers can share their unique Referral Link with potential Referees through personal communications.

• Public distribution on websites, forums, or social media platforms intended for public use is prohibited.

4.2 Demo Scheduling and Completion

• Referees must use the Referral Link to schedule a demo with Tempello.

• The demo must be completed to qualify both the Referrer and Referee for rewards.

5. Rewards

5.1 For Referrers

• $25 Tempello Credit: Earned when the Referee schedules and completes a demo using the Referral Link.

• Additional $75 Tempello Credit: Earned if the Referee signs up for Tempello services with a valid credit card after completing the demo.

5.2 For Referees

• $25 Tempello Credit: Earned upon signing up for Tempello services with a valid credit card after scheduling and completing the demo using the Referral Link.

6. Reward Conditions

6.1 Credit Application

• Timing of Credit Application:

  • For Referrers: Credits will be applied to the Referrer's Tempello account within 14 business days after the Referee signs up for Tempello services with a valid credit card and completes any necessary verification.

  • For Referees: Credits will be applied to the Referee's Tempello account immediately upon successful sign-up with a valid credit card and completion of any necessary verification.

• Usage of Credits:

  • Credits can be used toward future Tempello services and will be automatically applied to upcoming invoices.

• Credit Limitations:

  • Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Expiration of Credits: Credits will expire if not used within 12 months from the date of issuance.

• Verification:

  • Tempello reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Referrers and Referees and to delay the issuance of credits until verification is complete.

6.2 Limitations

• Tempello reserves the right to cap the number of rewards a Referrer can earn.

• Abuse of the Program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Participants must not:

• Engage in spamming or unsolicited mass emailing.

• Misrepresent their relationship with Tempello.

• Use false identities or provide misleading information.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while participating.

8. Privacy

By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in Tempello's Privacy Policy.

9. Modification and Termination

• Tempello reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• Changes may include alterations to reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or termination of the Program entirely.

• Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Tempello is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Program.

• Our total liability to any Participant shall not exceed the total value of rewards earned by that Participant.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Participants and Tempello regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
